The Story
Noble Rose Appraisals is the result of a local “Tyler Rose”, Claire (Freeman) Modjeski, and her dream to spend her time immersed in the Decorative Arts world. Claire developed an appreciation of the fine and decorative arts at a young age. She was strongly influenced and encouraged by her parents and close family entrepreneurs, who are aficionados of the Arts and recognized artist themselves, here in East Texas.
Yesterday and Today
Claire’s collecting proclivity began with a child’s tea set. Today, her collection includes antique furniture, art, and ceramics, gracing her office and family’s home.
As her collection began to grow, so did her appreciation and knowledge of antiques and collectibles. Her passion propelled her to become a certified property appraiser. Through her studies and learning she connected with like minds and amazing people, who contribute their command and expertise of the Decorative Arts to Noble Rose Appraisals specialist pool.
Certifications
Claire is a Certified Appraiser of Decorative Arts. She is a Graduate of Asheford Institute of Antiques, having completed over 100 course hours of studies and learning and is a Certified Associate Member of A.I.A. The Certified Associate Member designation represents the apex of recognition within A.I.A. credentialing. To attain the Certified Appraiser of Decorative Arts designation, she demonstrated substantial knowledge coupled with the successful completion of the rigorous PACC/CAP and USPAP appraisal examinations.
